菜谱上的用量（克）是 2 个人吃的。写 scale_recipe(amounts, people)，返回 people 个人要用的量：每样乘 people 再除以 2，用 round 保留 1 位小数。

示例

scale_recipe([200, 50, 3], 4)→[400.0, 100.0, 6.0]

scale_recipe([100, 15], 3)→[150.0, 22.5]
